About me.

I am Douglas, I started Nubium Events after working for 10 years as a full time musician playing drums in many different bands around Europe.  I have played many many private gigs ranging from Corporate "Rockioki" parties to amazingly lush Weddings in Castles.  I noticed that with a lot of musicians and DJ's the planning for these high end events was left til the last minute.  While the gigs were still highly successful I was left thinking that so many things could be done better, from stage management and visuals to working more closely with the client to present the finished product as they envisaged. 

Where am I?
 

Based in Chamonix, France, I’m happy to travel to your event anywhere in the French and Swiss Alps, including DJ-ing in: Chamonix, Verbier, Geneva, Meribel, Couchevel, Megeve, Courmayeur and beyond
 

What I do.

My mission is to make music to make your party go off - exactly as you imagine it. Whether it’s your wedding day and you want to see your guests party like it’s 1999. Or you’re organising a corporate event and you need music to motivate your team. Maybe you’re coming up to a milestone birthday  and it’s time for a flash back to music from your party days
 

What I play?
 

From the latest hits to dance classics, old-school anthems, drum and bass, chilled house or 90’s indie, I pride myself on my flexible DJ skills. I make sure I get to know you and tailor the music, sound and lights to your event. I’m an expert at reading the crowd and playing to the vibe. Music is a key ingredient to making your event one to remember and my favourite part of this job is seeing your reaction as the music makes the crowd go wild!
